bluesign® partner and GOTS certification
Another important point at AEVOR is the sustainability strategy in product development. The company is a bluesign® partner and therefore stands for resource-conserving use of materials and minimization of production-related environmental impact . No harmful chemicals are used and environmental impact is minimized as much as possible. The textiles are also GOTS certified. The Global Organic Textile Standard is an important textile seal and is a globally used benchmark for the processing of organically produced natural fibers in the manufacture of products.
PET recycling & green labels
At the same time, the brand uses materials for each product that consist of a minimum proportion of 50% -100% recycled PET bottles . This approach achieves two goals: less waste is created and natural resources can be saved. During the further manufacturing process of the AEVOR backpack, the consumption of water and CO2 emissions are also minimized , and emphasis is placed on PFC-free production . In the traditional textile industry in particular, PFC chemicals are used in the outer material due to their impregnating properties. AEVOR has managed to completely avoid using this environmentally harmful chemical in production.
